These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the f bajji platform ("f bajji", "we", "us") and you ("Member", "User"). By accessing f bajji's website fbajji.ws or using any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

F bajji is an online betting and casino platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, Lottery, and jackpot games to members in Bangladesh. These terms apply to all use of the website, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, betting, and all other services.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed.

To register and use f bajji, you must be at least 18 years You must be 18 or older to use f bajji. This is not just our policy — it is a legal requirement.

Additional eligibility requirements:

• F bajji employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to use the platform.
• Citizens of countries where online betting is fully prohibited are not permitted to use the platform.
• Anyone who has previously been banned from f bajji is not permitted to open a new account.

F bajji supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Your balance is updated once each transaction is complete. f bajji charges no transaction fees.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳50,000
• Deposits must be made from the registered mobile number only.
• Deposits made from another person's number will not be accepted and may take time to be returned.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Identity verification is mandatory on your first withdrawal.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.

• Wagering Requirement: Withdrawals are available after wagering a specified multiple of the bonus amount (typically 10x–20x).
• Time Limit: Every bonus has an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days.

• Multiple bonuses: Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.

F bajji reserves the right to update odds in real time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted are final.

F bajji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Involvement in any fraudulent activity.
• If bonus abuse is established.

You may close your account at any time. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are completed before doing so. Bonus balances remaining at the time of closure will not be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on f bajji. Violations will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using f bajji to launder illegally obtained funds.
• Software hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to f bajji's systems.
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Coordinated betting: Using multiple accounts to coordinate bets and claim bonuses.
• Use of Another Person's Information: Operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Match Fixing: Any attempt to artificially manipulate the outcome of a match or event.

F bajji is committed to the highest standards of security and reliable service. However, f bajji will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Technical issues on your device.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your password or OTP with another person.

Under no circumstances will f bajji be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond direct losses.

4. Final Decision: The decision of f bajji's review committee is final.

F bajji may partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, a notification will be posted on the website and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
• 7 days' notice will be given for any major changes.
• If any section of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, all remaining sections will continue to be fully enforceable.
• The Bangla version of these Terms shall be considered the authoritative document.
